Ronen Solomon, Adv, Founder and Active Chairman, Ronen holds a BA in Business Administration & LL.B. Ronen founded the company in 2006 and was its first CEO. Ronen has over 10 years of experience in the capital markets industry in Israel and abroad. Prior to founding Altshuler Shaham Benefits, Ronen was a partner at an Israeli law firm.
Gabi Waisman, CPA, CEO, Gabi holds a BA accounting. Gabi has over 20 years of experience in the taxation field specializing in M&A with an emphasis on equity based compensation plans and obtaining unique and complex tax rulings from the Israeli Tax Authority. Prior to joining Altshuler Shaham Benefits Gabi served as Head of the Global Equity Consulting Services team in Ernst & Young, Tel Aviv. Gabi`s career started as a Tax Inspector at the Israeli Tax Authorities.
Leeyah Barak-Abadi, Adv., VP Professional Affairs, Leeyah holds a LL.B & LL.M with a specialization in Commercial Law. Leeyah has vast experience in planning equity based compensation plans, obtaining tax rulings from the Israeli Tax Authority as well as leading high scale transactions. Prior to joining Altshuler Shaham Benefits, Leeyah was in charge of the Global Equity Compensation Consulting Services team at Deloitte Israel. Prior to that, Leeyah worked as a lawyer in one of the top law firms in Israel, M. Firon & Co.
Hili Levi, Head of Operation, Hili holds a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences and Human Resource Management. Hili began at Altshuler Shaham Benefits as an Account Manager and as a part of her role she managed the company`s large accounts and high-profile transactions. Prior to that, Hili was a Clearing Manager at another leading investment house
